How long will it take to get my package?

Orders will be dispatched and posted within 5-7 business days. Once your package is posted, the shipping time will vary based on the shipping method you select and the current delivery estimates from Australia Post. Go to Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We always strive to provide the best customer experience. If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us immediately using our contact form. We will do our absolute best to process the cancellation while it is still in the processing window.

Important: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated as a "Change of mind" return, which is detailed in our Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We appreciate your interest and plan to expand to international destinations in the near future!
